Tricaster recorded files not compatible in Premiere

We have a Tricaster TC1 on version 7-5-210621 and Adobe Premiere via Creative Cloud, current version.

One of our editors is not able to import live recorded files from the Tricaster. Premiere indicates:
"File format not compatible"

This editor has tried multiple recordings from the Tricaster, all not compatible to her.

These files play fine via VLC on her computer.

I downloaded and installed the Tricaster codec and that did not help.

A different editor using Premiere is able to import files from the Tricaster.

Has anyone else run into this?

Installation of the NDI for Premiere Pro Plugin (part of the (free) NDI Tools) should help her.

e.g. Launch screen of the WIN NDI Tools

Yes, installing NDI Tools will add the NDI FileReader plug-in making these recording compatible with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

You can verify if this plug-in is installed by going to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore and looking for a file called NewTek_Import_SpeedHQ.prm

Thanks! I copied this plug-in from the "good" computer and it worked! (BTW: the editor had strange audio issues with the full NDI tools installed and was trying to avoid the full install. Just copying the plug-in worked for opening Tricaster files)

If you have some time left, could you please tell us (+ the NDI folks here) a bit more what kind of ´strange audio issues´ that editor had after full NDI Tools install?
Maybe it´s a bug in 6.0.0.0 the NDI group might be not aware of, yet
