Though I'm somewhat ashamed to admit, I went ahead and attempted to upgrade the Nvidia drivers on a TC410 Plus. Consequently, I've caused the error detailed in the attached photo. I've also noticed that this error/my action has affected some other functionality within the Tricaster, including the new Zoom Live Call Connect functionality that I was hoping to leverage with the upgrade to 8-4-250415C software build.

- Is it possible to reinstall the Nvidia driver to resolve this issue?
- If so, which version of Nvidia driver and where should I obtain it from?
- Or....do I need to do a full system restore in order to resolve this issue?
- If I've never done a Backup, is there a system restore available?
- ...and would that possible available system restore be back to the original configuration present when I first received the system?
- Is there a document that details the system restore process on the TC410 Plus?
