Dear,
Do you have experience / any reports of random disconnections from Newtek Spark SDI? We have installed in the same project 6 Sparks SDI 2.02.0227 (BSP-2015.4) that randomly, but assiduously, stop outputting NDI signal. We have to hit reconnect or reboot to get them to send the NDI signal to TC2 again. On several occasions (far fewer times) we have had to return them to the factory to get them to work. This happens with all 6 units. I have checked their network configuration many times and I am sure it is all OK. Each Spark has a fixed, unchanging signal from a Nevion matrix. This signal is continuous (it is a 24x7 news broadcaster) and we are certain that the SDI signal is continuous.
It's been a long time since Newtek has released a firmware release for these units. Any recommendations/suggestions/ to avoid this based on your experience?
