PTZ2 & PTZ3 Flip / Invert Issue

We are using our cameras in the upside down position. Therefore, we flip and invert the image in the admin page for each camera.

Additionally, we use video monitor to control each PTZ camera.

After a period of use, the the image on each camera is no longer flipped and inverted. We make the adjustments again, but eventually the images will change again.

1. Has anyone had this issue?
2. What did you do to fix it permanently.

Hello, I know this is an old thread but, did you ever come up with a solution?

We have two of the PTZ3 UHD Plus cameras that are doing the same thing. We have them connected to a TriCaster via SDI and NDI. We have the SDI Rotation setting set to 0° and the NDI Flip setting set to Off. At random times (always in the evening when no one is in the office) the image flips. Sometimes both cameras and sometimes just one.

We have checked the wiring, updated firmware and now the last thing that we have done is pull the wiring in a path that keeps it away from all power cables (thinking maybe it is an interference issue).
