Greetings, everyone. I have a bit of an issue involving the migration of LiveText to a new laptop.
Unfortunately, the new laptop's graphics card (Intel Iris XE) does not have native support for DirectX 9, which LiveText needs to run. Therefore, I am just getting an error message and LT will not start.
I understand that Microsoft and Intel have released a "mapping layer" (called "D3D9On12") which acts as a D9 emulator for newer machines which have dropped the native support. Has anyone had this issue? Any ideas?
Also, to TPTB at NewTek, please migrate LT to a later version of DX. Thank you.
