Viz Libero "Add clip" problem

I have a small issue that I would urgently solve.

On our EVS we have by default 10 seconds of guardbands.
Adding a clip (IN + OUT and "Add clip"), Viz Libero only acquires the clip with 10 seconds ahead.
Instead of 10 seconds ahead AND 10 seconds at the end of the clip.

How can I solve this problem?

Why don't you try doing it manually? Go to start of the clip press home then go end press end followed by add clip. This should solve your problem.
 
Hey stelyos , a couple of questions,

Are you sharing this EVS as a playback machine for replays?
Is it taking the Ins/Outs set on the EVS, and the guardband you have is only applying to the out?

I think the solution is going to be re-clipping the video for a Libero focus, unfortunately. VizLibero EVS Integration is very much designed for a dedicated EVS, and controller, used in parallel.

Any more information would be appreciated,

Hi Nick,

The problem was a default value on the EVS. We changed the Sony BVW protocol (Use guardband: Yes), and now it works properly.
