Tricaster Elite and Microsoft Teams Room

I am having an issue with a Tricaster that is broadcasting from and back to a Microsoft Teams room. Essentially, when we use the audio system in the room, the audio is playing on the return before the video. It is like a dubbed movie in reverse..as opposed to seeing their lips move then hearing the overdub, you hear the overdub then see their lips move.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure on the setup of the entire workflow, but there are audio and video delays settings on the TriCaster inputs which might be able to help account for this.

Hi Brian O'Riordan,

Can you tell us some more about your setup? How is the TC (which model/firmware build?) connected to Teams? I use either a Blackmagic HyperDeck as Webcam interface or a NDI Webcam (source: TC1 output 1-4) with Audio over Dante on the same network. Neither of them has a remarkable delay/sync problem...
