Will the 3Play 425 control panel will work with a 3Play 3P1?

Does anyone know if the 3Play 425 control panel will work with a 3Play 3P1?

I'm going off memory here (I could be wrong), but I believe that 3P1/3P2 will operate with a 425 panel. It's not ideal, but it should work.

We have the 3Play 425 control panel working with the 3Play 3P1 . . . works just fine!
