Where's Spark Plus FIRMWARE?

I've searched Vizrt pages, and can't find latest firmware for Spark Plus anywhere.
I've got a Spark Connect Plus I/O that's acting funky (not receiving commands from a StreamDeck that's successfully transmitting to every other Spark unit just fine), and thought I'd check for latest firmware version.
Mine is currently on version: 2.02.0227 (BSP-2015.4

I am looking for the same information. the card that comes with the product lists, http://new.tk/nspinfo but this site no longer comes up and I cannot find an alternative site listed by Vizrt anywhere. Very frustrating.

The Sparks are going thru a renaming process to Viz Connect Solo. All downloads can be found here.

@Kane,
I have a client that today just hit me with this. I saw somewhere on the board about another person having issues with Sparks.

<<Also having issues with these sparks we have been getting.
I’m not sure if they are overheating or what but they just stop working and then you have to power cycle or reset in the software to get going again.
Sometimes they lose audio or video or both.
It’s weird but all of them we have purchased for the last 3 locations are doing it.
We try to update the firmware but the link on the web portal doesn’t take you anywhere.
What should I do?>>

I'd first start with updating the firmware. I not sure what the web portal link you are using, but here is the public Vizrt Product Updates page.

Go to Viz Connect Solo Family button and you can find all of the Spark firmware downloads.

I've got a Spark Plus 4K (HDMI encode only) and a Spark Plus IO SDI that are running 24 hours a day for weeks on end and haven't had issues with them stopping. I've be curious to know what the web interface on the Spark says when there is an issue occurring. Does it still report a valid video/audio signal connected to the unit?

Kane,
Thanks I will advise the client on this and if not, direct him to support

I have one SparkPlus that works just fine but the other Spark Plus is having issues. It looks like it is connected to something because the middle light blinks from time to time. It does not see the HDMI video input that is coming out of working HDMI Cable and camera and none of the NDI Tools can see the unit, so I can not do a firmware update. I have pushed the reset button numerous times with no change, I cannot get the lights to change on the front of the unit after holding down the reset button for, 5, 10 or 15 seconds. HELP Please? This is for a High school vocational school and they are really hoping to get this working. They purchased this last year, so I think the warranty has run out.

The Spark Plus has a failsafe IP address. Set a computer in the network IP of 192.168.100.1, then try to connect to the Spark Plus at 192.168.100.168 and see if the web UI comes up. If you can get in, then you would be able to configure the settings on the unit.

Hello friends,

Maybe this is a silly question, but how do I know if my Spark is up to date? the version nomenclature on the download page doesn't match the nomenclature I see on Spark itself, can anyone help me?

Thanks for your help

Its the last four digits of the version. On your unit, it is 0137

Here is what my Spark 3G-SDI unit with the current 0227 looks like.
