Hello friends, I have a problem that is very complex to identify .
We have 2 tricaster TC2, randomly we lose all the outputs from them not at the same time.
But the inputs are oke we hace at least 6 to 9 inputs on NDI.
The problem is with outputs
Both tricaster TC2 has 10gbps connection.
But the majority of receivers have 2.5gb or 1gbs could be that the problem?
Also I test with different received mode , udp, tcp ,mtcp, rudp ( on the computers)
As additional information, we have a lot of problem with drops and video freeze with my computers running windows 11 when received only the signal from tricaster on ndi monitor.
After try several old drivers of NIC we solve that problem
Could be the same issue with the driver of nic on tricsaster ? Can you recommend we change the version of driver?
On the image that i attached
You can see part of ndi monitor with mix 1 of tc2. But the signal is black
Above that a ping from that pc to tc2 that is ok
And finally ndi discovery that can't read any information from that tc2
