TC1 registration

I have all setup on our new TC1 but I can't get registration to go through and my output is watermarked. I have a program in a few days and need to get it registered. Any ideas. The registration screen comes up and I click next and it just asks for a registration number but doesn't do anything. How do I get a registration number?
 
I figured it out. You enter the Serial Number in the registration box and then it lets you complete the registration. Not exactly intuitive.

A registration process that should be so simple, but nope.

The field on the TriCaster is "Enter Your Registration Number." It should say, "Enter Your Serial Number." Sigh!

There are at least 3 types of registration variants for TriCasters and alike. The first two uses the device's serial number (really old devices, fairly new ones like the TC1 and TC1Pro), and the latest one (WIBU) uses a self hosted license key in WIBU container (for Vectar, Vizion, and anything new coming out from now on). It's not the device's Serial number anymore. I understand, that's why this "Registration Number" could be a bit misleading - but not with bad intent. The box we are shipping devices in always contains the registration card, to guide you how to register the machine.
 
as zmatula mentioned above this should be in your TC40 case the unit SN.
But unit most likely needs to be re-seted to let you register (again).
You will need to contact Vizrt Support to sort this out.
