Or, Double-click the video output window so it goes full screen, Control-Shift-PrintScreen, then alt-tab into Photoshop or Paint or some other picture program, then Paste & you have it.
Speededit uses the VGA primary layer to show video so you can use this function, as opposed to using the VGA overlay layer (like WMPlayer or most DVD player apps) which does not get captured into memory (you just get a black square, or green, or pink, or something other disappointing color)
