Hi, one of my customer has 4 of these cameras since 2022.
They have been permanently installed and barely used since then.
They are all connected to the same Unifi USW switch.
Recently, one of them stopped working.
The ethernet port does not blink anymore.
I swapped the cables with another working camera, nothing.
I tried with another working cable, nothing.
I swapped with another PoE camera on another network, thus another switch and another cable, nothing.
I have looked at the DIP switch, but it doesn't seem related to this issue.
Unfortunately, I don't have the proper 12V DC power adapter to test it. But even if it was working, as per the installation, I could not use it.
Any history on this or something else to try?
