Multiple Box Problem

While creating a multi-box effect, I encountered a strange problem. I created a 3Box and a 2Box layout in Photoshop. Both layouts contain a box of the same dimensions. The width of this box is 1216px, The height is 684px. This box has an independent border layer with a width of 5px. Their X-coordinate positions within Photoshop were also same. perfect integers maintaining a precise 16:9 aspect ratio. Then I generated a liveset using the VSE in Tricaster. I applied these two livesets in the M/E. After filling the identical 16:9 box with a standard 16:9 video file, I noticed the video in the 3Box layout didn't fully fill the 16:9 box, leaving a black gap on the right. However, the video in the 2Box layout filled the space completely. Furthermore, I discovered that when I adjusted the X-coordinate position of this 16:9 box in Photoshop to place it at different X-coordinate locations, then generated the liveset via VSE again, the same video file sometimes filled the box completely while other times it left black gaps. Is this due to different pixel rendering within Tricaster? Has anyone else encountered this issue?
