Impossible to register the licence

The registration lists two counties that are not the ones I work from, and the postcode is marked as an error, yet I cannot change it.

So, I can not register the software. What do I do?

That usually means the license system pulled incorrect location data from your account and locked the fields. Try logging into your account on the vendor website and updating the address and postcode there first, then restart the software and check again. If the fields are still locked, you will need to contact the software support team so they can manually correct the registration details on their side and reset the validation.

Is this with a new system you are trying to register for the first time? I just launched my Mini S system without issue.
