Encoder issues - TC 2

I'm having some encoder issues trying to go to YouTube and record mp4. I would like some incite on how they work. I had 4 events last week. 2 were not on YouTube, 2 were. The day before my first stream I did a complete streaming check for around 30 min. No network issues or streaming issues. The next day, I connected to YouTube with an excellent indicator. I started streaming and right away it started buffering and skipping frames. The mp4 recording did the same thing and failed in recording. it was set as an 6 mbs video, CBR and 192 audio. I tested the same session previously the day before no issue, a week before 4 hours no issue. The following day I had to have a solid stream so I sent AV from my TC to OBS so there were no YouTube issues. I did a back mp4 recording, and it recorded just fine. I'm very confused on why the encoder works one day and not the other. Thanks for any help.

In cases like this, a session log from the system would help tremendously to our support team to determine what might cause the issue.
As your mp4 recording is also failed - most likely this is not a bandwidth problem, my question is - did you run any software on the TC which might use the H.264 encoders on the GeForce card?

Thanks for getting back. The only thing I have on the system is VLC which I sometimes use to check recorded video files from the desktop, but don't use it a lot. It's like the system needs a reboot, when this has happened but I can't when I'm live. I am going to start doing a test stream earlier to make sure there are no issues. I don't know what else to do. I'm actually buying a secondary separate streamer to set up a secondary as I can't have this happen again.
