Controlling action keyframe time

Hi there,
From a few days I try to find a way to control the time of an action keyframe...
I have an animation (one by one) of ten the same containers (the only difference is txt inside container) in director "Default". At the last frame I have action frame called "A1" with an action "THIS_SCENE*STAGE*DIRECTOR*Default CONTINUE_AT F10" to loop animation.
My idea is to control time position of this action frame depending from how many containers I want to show (Control Omo).
In example:
If I'll show with omo 1 container, action frame "A1" will move to 100 frame, If I'll show 2 containers action frame "A1" will move to 200 frame, If I'll show 3 containers action frame "A1" will move to 300 frame - etc

I have also another question. I set up 10 pauses on director. Each name of pause is the same ("Pause_1"). I have also another action keyframe on frame 0 with the command THIS_SCENE*STAGE*DIRECTOR*Default*KEY*$Pause_1*PAUSE_LENGTH SET 2.0;
This pause works only on first timeline pause. Is there any possibility to set the same time of pause for all pauses? (now I called each pause in the other way).
