410plus trying to use hollyland C2 wireless receiver with NDI but can’t get picture.

Hey so I did the latest updates and had no program. Or preview had to factory reset my 410plus just so I could stream a game that same night
 
Hoping some has had this issue.

Plugged my my hollyland wireless receiver into my switch to use NDI to add more camera to show. But can’t get image. It read something in connected to NDI but can’t get image

It might to know the exact model of the Hollyland unit. If you try to use NDI Studio Monitor does it show anything?

It would also be helpful to know, if "can't get an image" means that you don't see a selection of the Hollyland unit in the list of NDI sources, or that you can select it, but nothing appears in TriCaster/NDI Studio Monitor.
