Map Labels disappear

I'm trying to problem solve this on my own but becoming frustrated.
I have built my first custom map template & put it into VTW. My labels appear after setting up the map, but disappear upon saving. I'm only using labels and regions. The selected regions will remain when saving. This happens both when saving in Template Wizard & or through directly in CWMClient in the scene. I have tried a number of label settings and nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

have you tried adding the Rebound plugin to your Label-Holder container.

Thanks Lars,
I was only having this problem with "Focus On" maps. I looked at it with Viz Support and we saw that the labels were all there, the map needed refreshing to see them. We couldn't figure out why. I just added a refresh map action whenever the scene is opened.

Check in 2dlabel plugin under fade tab, there are some options to set visibility behavior.
