About The Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Broadcast Graphics Developer to join Formula 1 who can hit the ground running and help take our production to the next level. As part of our graphics team, you will face exciting challenges, develop your skills and help define the next era of Formula 1 broadcasting.
You’ll join a small dynamic team within the Television Production department, where you’ll be developing graphics solutions for one of the world’s premium sporting brands and helping to deliver a world class production. About The Role

You’ll join a small dynamic team within the Television Production department, where you’ll be developing graphics solutions for one of the world’s premium sporting brands and helping to deliver a world class production. There are opportunities to travel to great locations and you’ll get to work in a friendly, rewarding and challenging environment.You’ll be:
- Working with Formula 1’s timing and sports data to develop graphics to be used within the Formula 1 World Feed live broadcast
- Building data driven interactive graphics using scripting and/or programming languages for use in real-time graphics systems
- Using industry leading broadcast graphics software and hardware systems to help us enhance Formula 1’s viewing experience
- Assisting Formula 1’s graphics team at our base and at events to develop our existing graphics operation
The ideal candidate will have working experience in the following areas:
- Strong design and technical skills
- Experience building graphics that interact with different data types
- A keen understanding of visualising data using graphics
- Knowledge how to work with data via applications, data feeds or databases and APIs
- Solid knowledge of VB Scripting or similar scripting or programming languages
- High level of computer literacy with a sound knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks
- Great understanding of the project process, team organisation and communication
- Understand the testing and troubleshooting process
- Managing your own time and workloads across multiple projects
