  • Howto set FONT_STYLE and font color from script?

I am combining two strings into one text container.
    ct.FindSubContainer("ticker").geometry.text = title & " " & description

I want to set the first string ‘title’ to FONT_STYLE Bold and set the Color to darkgray.
The second string ‘description’ shal be normal ( no font style and no color setting)

eg. Tilel has to be bold and dark gray Description is normal and light gray

How can I set fontstyle and color only for the first part of the string?

    Thanks in advance

The problem with your example Chiya is the need to prefix the text with either # @ or http. It will not work in Jogvan's case as it will be clean text without prefix.

          Thank you for your response

I might not have explained my issue clearly.

What I am trying to do is a simple rss ticker - based on this script: http://www.erizos.tv/scripts/Ticker-crawl-version-2.

So I read several titles and descriptions fields form a RSS-feed. And combine them into a single text container.

          I want to format:
          - the titles in bold and black color
          - the descriptions field in regular and the color some kind of gray

Maybe there is a better way to create a simple ticker, with format options...
