Template Wizard / Embed URL

Hey everyone,
I am wanting to embed a help file of sorts inside of a producer template. I want them to be able to click a button or link that opens a pre-specified web address where I will have a video tutorial on how to properly use the template that they have opened. Any ideas?

This is what I do in many of our templates that are more advanced.
