Hi there,
is it possible to make a dynamically updatable crawl (running line) without any extra licenses or services like VizTicker? Just using standard built-in plugins.
I need a crawl that makes it possible to update the text (regular news) content while it's running on-air without interrupting the visible part on the screen.
What I found fo now:
Dexter: I can't use Dexter because it needs to be reloaded in order to update the content.
TrioScroll: also sticks to this inappropriate behavior.
Scroller: could make it because there is no need to restart to update the content. BUT it changes the text strings which are on the screen right at the moment! And Scroller doesn't re-fit the changed string. It looks like a bug and dirty work.
This is how I use Scroller without VizTicker — I use container names in braces "()":
Maybe someone knows how to use Scroller in the correct way without VizTicker?
